It is very important for you to bring your Shoes and the underwear you are thinking of wearing on your wedding day.

Remember that when we are at our busiest time, We can’t keep adding extra fittings if you don’t have everything with you at your fitting, therefore, we might cancel your 1st fitting and you have to reschedule to another time.

Your first fitting takes about an hour which is the longest and more technical one. The following ones are normally around 30min.

Generally three Fittings is the standard number, it could be only two or four, all depending on the work we need to do on the dress.

Normally, the fitting process starts 6-8 weeks from your Wedding date but We are more than happy to arrange your fittings earlier if you prefer so.

As well as our own brides, We are the recommended alteration services for other Bridal Boutiques Which it makes us extremely busy from March to October in particular, so If you are thinking to get your dress altered with us drop us an email as soon as possible so we can get you booked in and get your spot reserved.

After the completion of your first fitting, we will give you the quote for the

work that has to be done.

At that point, we will ask you for a 50% deposit in order to start working on the dress and the rest of your balance will be paid at the collection appointment.

We do take all major Debit and Credit cards , including Amex.

We do not accept cheques.Transfers on Account are Welcome.

Average price for Standard alterations including fittings is £450- £520.

It can be a bit less or more depending on difficulty and amount of work needed.

For Beaded and full Lace dresses you are more likely to look at the region of £600 for the services.

The 50% deposit required at the end of your fist fitting, is non refundable after the work has been started.

If we haven’t started the work and have only passed 7 days from your payment we might be able to refund it but We regret we can’t guarantee that.

We can work really fast if we need to. Rush alterations should be arranged as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

For rush Alterations under 1 week there is an extra charge of £120

For rush Alterations within 3 weeks period, there is an extra charge of £70

Unfortunately we don’t alter everyday clothing.

Yes, we do all sorts of design changes as long as they don’t compromise the fit and appearance of the gown. When you come for your dress assessment, we go through everything with you and explain what we can and can’t do before you make any decision.

Designs changes are £50 extra each.

That’s absolutely understandable, and it’s pretty common.

We always advise you to try to lose as much weight as you could before we start the fitting process.

In order to get the best fit possible, after we do your 2nd fitting we expect you to maintain your weight and try not to lose more as the dress won’t look it’s best if it is too loose.

Please note that If we have to book an extra fitting purely for the extreme weight loss, we will have to charge an extra £50 to your final balance.
