Starting with the inspirations for your outfit, we sketch design options with you, try dresses to find your ideal silhouette and create details that make your outfit unique to you.

This process develops your outfit in stages so we can create the ideal shape for you with each fitting. We order in colour and fabric swatches allowing us to choose the materials to flatter your shape and the outfit design. At the final stages, hand sewn embellishments, lace edgings and embroidery motifs are placed specifically to complement the design.

FAQs

  • We normally need 6-8 months to order a dress whether it is from our Bridal Collections or a Bespoke Design.

    If you need the dress sooner, depending on the dress Design and fabric stock availability , we could potentially make it within 4 months.

    Please be aware that a 15% of the total price of your dress will be added to your final balance as a Rush Fee.

  • Our Bridal Collection Prices start from £1600 to £2400.

    Our bespoke services start at £2500.

    If you are on a budget, drop us an email and we will try to accommodate your request and tell you what we can do for you. We sometimes have dresses on sale that you might be interested in.

  • We work by appointment only. Please go to the contact us page to book an appointment.

  • If it is your first appointment it normally takes One and a half Hours.

    Second appointments are normally where you make the decisions, tend to be a lot quicker.

  • We don’t charge for bridal appointments on weekdays.

    From January 2021, Weekends Appointments will be charged at £20.

    This amount will be deducted from your final balance if you place the order with us .

  • We only allowed 2 guests with you. At such an important time we find that bringing a big party with you makes you confused and even though they want their best for you, many opinions at the same time can make you leave the appointment feeling unsure of what you actually liked.

    If you have more than 2 guests, please let us know and depending on the circumstances, we can try to accommodate it.

  • Yes, all our dresses are made to measure unless you purchase one of our sample dresses.

  • Our samples are 10/12 size, However the back fastening of the dresses have been made very low so we can fit bigger sizes. Depending on the design and the fabrics , some dresses give you much more room than you anticipated.

  • The Design you love from our Bridal Collection, even if you tried a standard size, will be made to your specific measurements.

    A Bespoke piece is designed and made for you from scratch.

  • If we still have the sample in The studio you are more than welcome to try it on. If you have one in particular one in mind, please, email us to let us know which one, and we will try to make it happen.

  • We ideally would like you to bring your own heels to try the dresses on as we don’t have heels in the showroom. We also recommend bringing some nude colour underwear ( if you have) for your appointment.

  • As all our designs are made to measure and bespoke, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

    We will never pressure you to buy any of our gowns if you are not 100% sure of your decision.

    Sometimes this take a couple of appointments but we are happy to do so.

  • We required a 50% non refundable deposit when you place your order and the final balance will be paid before Collection.

    If you need or prefer to spread out your final balance cost, we are more than happy to look into it and make a payment plan for you.

    We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Amex. We do not Accept Cheques. Transfers on Account are Welcome.

  • We are afraid you are not allowed to take any pictures during the bridal appointments while you are trying on dresses but you are more than welcome to take as many as you want of your dress after you have purchased it.

  • Yes, all made to measure and Bespoke dresses included Alterations fee.

  • We are happy and Proud to say that all our dresses and accessories are made in our South London Studio. From the first sketch to the last stitch!
